Puppy Blast: Journey of Crush

Puppy Blast: Journey of Crush is a tap-to-blast puzzle rather than a swap-and-match one. Cubes of the same colour clear whenever you tap a connected cluster, and clearing a large cluster leaves a booster behind. Combining two boosters is where the game opens up, since a paired detonation clears far more of the board than either would alone, and the level targets are set with that in mind.

This title is best suited to players who prefer tapping clusters and chaining boosters over swapping tiles.

1. Check the level target before your first tap
2. Tap a connected cluster of same-coloured cubes to clear it
3. Aim at large clusters so a booster is left behind
4. Place two boosters side by side and set them off together
5. Meet the target before your moves run out

• Levels set a specific clearing target and a move budget rather than a timer.

• Resist clearing small clusters; they burn a move and leave nothing behind
• Work the bottom of the board so the collapse builds bigger clusters above
• Hold a booster until a second one is next to it, then set off the pair
