Color Block

Color Block is a three-dimensional filling puzzle where a cube rolls across a shape and paints the surface it covers. The levels are built as clean geometric forms with obstacles cut into them, so the difficulty is spatial: you have to see which route covers everything without cornering yourself. Presentation is polished and the control is a single drag, which keeps the focus on reading the shape.

2. Drag the cube to start it rolling
3. Paint the surface as it travels
4. Route around the obstacles cut into the form
5. Cover the whole shape to finish the level

Objectives

• Paint every surface of the shape by rolling the cube over it without getting stuck.

The run ends or fails when

• Rolling the cube into a position where the unpainted area is unreachable forces a restart.

• The cube paints whatever it rolls over, so the route is the answer.
• Obstacles cut into the shape restrict which sequences are possible.
• Three-dimensional forms make the spatial reading harder than a flat grid.

• Plan the last few squares first and work backwards
• Follow the outer edge before filling the middle
• Restart as soon as you can see a section is cut off
