Lines to Fills Online

Lines to Fills Online is a shape-filling puzzle with the pressure deliberately removed. You drag coloured blocks across a grid and stretch them until every empty square is covered, and there is no clock and no way to lose, so a level ends only when the shape is complete. With hundreds of levels behind it, the difficulty comes from the fit itself rather than from any penalty for getting it wrong.

This title is best suited to players who want a calm fill-the-shape puzzle with no clock.

1. Look at the shape and count the space to be filled
2. Drag a coloured block out across the grid
3. Stretch it to cover a run of empty squares
4. Fit the remaining blocks around what you have placed
5. Leave no blank square to complete the level

Objectives

• Cover every empty square in the shape using the blocks the level provides.

The run ends or fails when

• No fail state. There is no timer and no way to lose, so a level simply waits.

• Blocks stretch along a line as you drag, so their length is chosen rather than fixed.
• Every square has to be filled exactly, which makes leftover space the real constraint.
• Hundreds of levels scale the shapes rather than adding new rules.

• Start in the corners, where the fit is most constrained
• Count the squares each block has to cover before dragging it
• Undo a block early rather than building around a bad placement
