Game overview

Gang Fall Party fights on ledges instead of in a ring, and the only thing that counts is getting the other side off the edge. Punches knock opponents back rather than wearing them down, so positioning matters more than damage. It runs as a one-on-one against a friend, a solo match, or a larger free-for-all where a crowd of fighters share the same platform.

This title is best suited to two players who want a fast knock-them-off-the-edge brawl.

How to play Gang Fall Party

  1. Pick one-on-one, solo, or the larger free-for-all
  2. Move to a position where the edge is behind your opponent
  3. Punch to knock them backwards
  4. Keep your own back to the middle of the platform
  5. Knock the other side off to take the round

  • In the free-for-all, let two others trade blows before stepping in

What worked well and what did not

  • Several modes including a large free-for-all
  • Instantly understandable goal

Cons

  • Combat has little depth beyond positioning
