PRINCESS AFTER BACK SURGERY

Princess After Back Surgery runs a care sequence followed by a dressing one. The character has hurt her back in an accident, so the first half is treating the wounds step by step with the tools the game offers, and the second half is getting her comfortably dressed once the treatment is done. The recovery framing gives the dress-up half an actual reason to exist, which most of the genre skips.
